In this project, I Re-used plastic bags by applying heat with an iron which creates this fabric-like material that is very durable and water resistant. I have been teaching this technique to local communities in Jordan and creating products that they can sell or use. We made a variety of products such as laptop sleeves, shade-lamps, notebooks, toys, planters and tote bags.
